We’re going through changes…

Here at Spiral, we are a small team, which covers a huge field of services. We aim to deliver the best in quality, communication and turnaround.

We are making some changes to improve the service provided to our clients/customers.

*We will not be aiming our business towards the music sector, this does not mean that we will not carry out works for artists/promoters/dj’s etc, it just means that we will be spending most of our time advertising and promoting our business towards other small and medium sized businesses.

*A change in the website layout will occur over the coming weeks. Along with a clean new portfolio and a lot more friendly user experience as a whole.

*Be sure to follow our Facebook & Twitter accounts to stay up to date with any special offers that we may have on at the time.

*Upload Service – allows clients/customers to upload artwork that has been pre-designed ready for print. Users can also upload sketches and ideas related to the project.

So there we are, a few little changes that will keep the team busy for a while!

Update on 24th January 2012

Our internet service has been fully restored, well ahead of the expected time estimated to fix the problem.

Thanks for your patience and sorry again for any inconvenience caused over the last 24 hours.

Supplying your own artwork…

We have compiled a small pdf document to give you some guidelines when submitting your pre-designed artwork to us.

This can be found on our website.

New Terms & Conditions…

We have a new Terms and Conditions document that will be able to be viewed online from Thursday 26th.

All Clients must agree to them before SpiralCreations starts work on any project.

Technical Difficulties…

Our internet service provider (Virgin Media) has informed us they have had a problem and our network will be down until Wednesday afternoon.

Please note, this downtime does not have an affect on our website, e-mail addresses or anything else. They will remain online and working.

It means that we will have limited access to our email accounts so we apologise in advance for any delays in replying to your enquiries. We also have a total loss of internet connection.

We hope to be back to normal after the technician has been on Wednesday 25th January 2012.

Spiral Brochure

We have been working on our new brochure displaying all of our services, along with prices for business bundles, and advice for people/businesses who are submitting their own artwork for us to print.

This brochure will be available both in pdf format (to view online) and printed to distribute within the local area (Bromley & Beckenham etc. Kent UK)

We are doing our best to finish this soon, so you can have a browse and maybe get a better understanding of what it is we do here at SpiralCreations..
